On the new episode of Real Talk for Real Women, Dr. Tiffany Tonismae and I tackle family structures that don't fit the mold: stay-at-home dads, single mothers by choice, working moms who want to work, and everything in between.

Dr. T opens up about the conversation she and her husband had when they decided it was best for him to stay home and take care of their daughter. I share some moments of guilt where I feel like I'm not showing up as my best self-, both as a mom and an entrepreneur. The balancing act is TOUGH! So we talk about.
