We are still one month away from the official "end" of summer (September 22) but a major cooldown is on the way to Kentuckiana!
According to the National Weather Service, a cold front will move through the area on Saturday night bringing showers, storms and cooler temperatures.
You will really start to feel the improvement by Monday morning, when the humidity plummets into "pleasant" ranges.
By mid week, some parts of our area could be seeing overnight lows in the 40s!
So... sweater weather? Maybe for some! But for most of us it will just be a great break from the instant sweat we've been experiencing while walking to our car for the last month.
Take advantage Kentuckiana!
